Dana is deeply committed to helping free those who have been wrongfully convicted and to supporting their journey in all possible ways. With a background in Paralegal Studies and hands-on experience in post-conviction work, Dana blends legal and case work with empathy and compassion for incarcerated individuals, whether innocent or guilty. She believes that all humans deserve compassion and strives to bring that to her work and life. She has volunteered with organizations including Youth for Innocence, Northwest Immigrant Rights Project, and Proclaim Justice!, fueling her commitment to justice and systemic reform. Dana is from San Diego, CA and has been in the PNW since 2012. In her free time she can be found traveling with her husband and two children, making salads, and enjoying a glass of obscure wine.
